Refund Policy

Fromconceptla does not offer refunds.
Every piece is made with intention — small batch, hand-finished, and rooted in story. Because of this, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Minor imperfections (each piece is handcrafted and will have subtle variations)

Exchanges

We offer a one-time size exchange on rings if:

  • The item is unworn and returned within 7 days of delivery

  • You cover the cost of return shipping and re-shipment

Please contact us at support@fromconceptla.com with your order number and sizing issue to begin the exchange process.
Note: Custom or engraved pieces cannot be exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • (Optional) Unboxing video

We’ll assess the situation and either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Keep in mind that subtle variations or tool marks are part of the handcrafted process — they add character and individuality to each piece.

Jewelry Safety Notice

Some of our pieces may feature sharp edges or bold sculptural forms. These are intentional design choices. Please wear responsibly. Fromconceptla is not liable for injury or misuse.
