3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated. Some items are made-to-order.
Once shipped, tracking will be provided. Fromconceptla is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace packages that are lost due to incorrect address input.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges are available for ring size corrections only (see our Refund Policy for details).
