Origin

All pieces are made and shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Every order is processed with intention — sculpted, finished, and packaged by hand. This is not mass production.

Production Time

Each item is either made-to-order or pulled from limited small-batch inventory.
Please allow 4–8 weeks for production and shipping.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way. We appreciate your patience — quality takes time.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping.
International shipping may vary depending on location and service availability.

Delivery speed depends on the method selected at checkout, but does not override the 4–8 week production window.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Free shipping may be offered during select promotions.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or import fees. Fromconceptla is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for its location.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier and file a claim.
